On-Screen Display

The Graph Settings below layout the basic options for viewing graphs in the Management by Statistics.
  1. Refresh Graphs Button – refreshes the graphs and their values in the graphing area.
  2. Normal Graph View – draws the graphs normally without a quota line.
  3. Quota Line Graph View – draws the graphs with a quota line and shows accumulating production.
  4. Portrait Orientation – draws the graph in portrait orientation.
  5. Landscape Orientation – draws the graph in landscape orientation.
  6. Full Width Graph View – full width of the graphing area. Typically used for long term views.
  7. Custom Graph View – draws graphs using the same shape as the graphing are.
  8. Single Row Graph View – draws and sizes graphs in a single row in the graphing area.
  9. Double Row Graph View – draws and sizes graphs to fit two rows in the graphing area.
  10. Triple Row Graph View – draws and sizes graphs to fit three rows in the graphing area.
  1. Single Column Graph View – draws and sizes graphs in a single column in the graphing area.
  2. Double Column Graph View – draws and sizes graphs to fit two columns in the graphing area.
  3. Triple Column Graph View – draws and sizes graphs to fit three Columns in the graphing area.
  4. Auto Re-size Drop Down Menu – Select small – medium or large size graphs.
  5. Page to First Graph – goes to the first graph in a group.
  6. Previous Page – goes to previous page of graphs in a group.
  7. Next Page – goes to the next page of graphs in a group.
  8. Page to Last Graph – goes to the last graph in a group.
  9. Show Values – check or uncheck to display values on graphs.


Format Settings


Below are all of the options provided to change the look of your graphs.

  1. Layout Settings – select to place graph header information displayed at the top or bottom of your graph (Note: this is for on-screen display only. Printer settings need to be selected to print this layout.)
  2. Auto Shrink – when selected in any of these settings the graph will automatically shrink to fit the information on the graph.
  3. Line Settings – sets the thickness of the graph lines & border lines.
  4. Quota Line Graph Settings – Show Last Period's Accumulating Line and Show Current Period's Graph Line.
  5. Other Graph Options – Show Company Name on Graph.
  6. Font Settings
    1. Font - select a font from the drop down menus.
    2. Title Font - The font used for the statistic name, when graphing a single statistic.

    1. Header Font - the font used for employee names, post titles and scale information.
    2. Scale Font – the font used for the scale numbers going up the side of the graph.
    3. Date Font - the font used for the dates going along the bottom of the graph.
    4. Value Font - the font used for the values written near the graph points.
    5. Size - select font size.
    6. Color - select text color.
    7. Style - select Bold, Italic, Underline and Auto Shrink, and displays how text will look.
  2. Help – opens help window for this function.
  3. Reset Defaults – reset to default settings.
  4. Set Fonts Same as Title Font – Copies the title font to all of the other font settings for a uniformed look.
