Once you have the program up and you are signed in, go to the Administration area. Select the Maintaining Companies option in the upper right panel.

In the right-hand panel will be listed all of the companies which have been created or imported into the system, if any.

In the ribbon above, click on the "Import Data from Previous Versions" button. Follow the instructions

NOTE: It is best to do this conversion from a computer where the previous version was installed and running. If the previous version was installed and running on this computer, then the new version will be able to locate the data files for you. If the previous version was not installed and running on this computer you will need to copy the data files and have them accessible from this computer.

To find the data files of the previous version, go to a computer where the previous version was installed and running, and run the previous version of Management by Statistics. Once open, click on the Company menu, then the System Configuration menu item. The location of your database files is shown.
