Service Pack Downloads
Management by Statistics single user version (Service Pack 11) - The single user service pack will update the Management by Statistics to the latest version. If you are running the multi-user version, then use the multi-user service pack below. The single user service pack will run on Windows versions 98, Me, NT4, 2000 and XP.
Management by Statistics multi-user version (Service Pack 11) - The multi-user service pack will update the Management by Statistics to the latest version. This service pack will not upgrade a single user version to a multi-user version. If you wish to upgrade from a single user to a multi-user version you can order it by phoning (800) 487-3475 or (727) 216-0642 or fax the order form to (727) 216-0645. This service pack will run on Windows versions 98, Me, NT4, 2000 and XP.
Personnel Potential Analysis Testing System (Service Pack 1) - This service pack needs to be installed by anyone running the Personnel Potential Analysis Testing System. This service pack fixes problems running on Windows 2000 and XP. It also corrects 2 spelling errors and a minor scoring error, and upgrades multi language support for upcoming foriegn language versions of the tests. This service pack supports Windows 98, Me, 2000 and XP.
Data converter
Data converter for consultant pilot program - This converter program requires Windows XP or Windows Vista and .NET framework 1.1.
What you should have ready before you contact our Technical Support Team

- Have the software open on your computer. If it will not open, then note exactly what occurs.
- If your computer is showing an error message of some kind, note what the error message says exactly. This can greatly speed our assistance to you.
- If the computer software worked correctly and is now not working, note what has been changed with your computer and give this information to the Technical Support expert you speak with. This information will assist us in finding a solution more quickly.
