Personnel Potential Analysis: The Personnel Potential Analysis Testing System includes a series of 3 tests to produce a profile of the candidate you are interviewing. It is designed to be used with a full interview process.

The PPA (Personnel Potential Analysis) test measures 10 job-related criteria essential in determining how a person may function on the job. These are:

STABILITY
GOAL ATTAINMENT
COMPOSURE
CERTAINTY
ACTIVITY LEVEL
AGGRESSIVENESS
RESPONSIBILITY LEVEL
CORRECT ESTIMATION
APPRECIATIVENESS and
COMMUNICATION LEVEL

The IQ test measures the ability to solve problems.

The Aptitude test measures the ability to duplicate and carry out instructions and tells you if the person may be accident prone.

The tests are designed and intended to only be used in conjunction with a full interview process and are not substitute for such an process.

The cost of the software also includes the cost of the first year of using this program (the cost of the license).

The on-line site administers tests remotely or in your office and has automated test scoring, except for the Aptitude Test, which must be done in person

The on-line site is priced at $595.00 for an annual unlimited license or you can purchase sets of tests for $95.00 per applicant.

The software is priced at $595.00, plus an annual license fee of $250.00 USD. The software provided unlimited testing for your company with no per test charge.
