Entering Graph Values

To nagivate to the Dashboard click on the Dashboard button in the lower left corner of the window as shown below.

Entering stat values is done in the Statistic Entry panel which is located on the right side of the dashboard as shown in the screen shot below. The panel can be closed as indicated by or open as shown in .

The Statistic Entry panel can be set to stay open permanently by clicking on the pin as indicated by

There is a tab where you can enter values going back in time for a single statistic. This is indicated by and the tab is called Values by Statistic.

Next select the statistic from the dropdown list as shown by below.

Enter stat values and any note in the grid indicated by below.

The refresh button updates the values in the grid as these may have been edited by another user.

Use the save button to save the values you've entered or changed to the database.

The undo button undoes any values you have entered or changed but not saved.

There is a tab where you can enter values for all your statistics for a given day or week. This is indicated by and the tab is called Values by Period.

Select from one of the filter options, as shown by . The filter options are:

• My statistics - shows only statistics assigned to posts you are assigned to.
• My junior's statistics - shows both your statistics and those assigned to posts junior to you.
• All statistics I have rights to - shows all of the statistics you have rights to enter values for.
• Individual statistic groups by name - shows the statistics belonging to the selected group in the order they appear in that group.

Next select the period and date you want.

You can group the statistics by the post they are assigned to as shown by .

The remaining buttons work the same as they do for the Entry by Statistic tab.
