This page describes how the dashboard flows and how each of the major sections function. Studying this page will help orient you to the software and improve your use of it.

Selecting a Company

When you sign into the software the dropdown list [indicated in the image below] will show all companies or offices the system administrator has given you rights to view.

When you select a company from the dropdown list, the information displayed in the dashboard will change to the newly selected company.

When you sign into the software the last company you were viewing in the software will be selected automatically.

My Posts Option

  1. 1.My Post Only Option - The My Posts option displays the titles of all posts (jobs) the system administrator has assigned to you. These posts will appear in the list (2 in the image below).
  2. 2.User's Post - The list of posts you are assigned to. If there are no posts listed, the system administrator has not yet associated the user you have signed in with to your posts.
  3. 3.Statistic Graphs - When a post is selected in list 2 the statistics assigned to that post are graphed in the graph section marked by 3 in the image below.

My Junior's Posts Option

  1. 1.My Junior's Posts Option - The My Junior's Posts option displays the titles of all posts which are junior to the posts you are assigned to. These posts will appear in the list (2 in the image below).
  2. 2.User's Post & Juniors - The list of posts you are assigned to and any posts which are junior to you. If there are no posts listed, the system administrator has not yet associated the user you have signed in with to your posts.
  3. 3.Statistic Graphs - When a post is selected in list 2 the statistics assigned to that post are graphed in the graph section marked by 3 in the image below.

All Posts Option

  1. 1.All Posts Option - Lists all posts in the selected company in the list marked as 2 in the image below.
  2. 2.Active Posts - All posts in the selected company are displayed in the treeview. All users with access to the company will be able to view the list of posts.
  3. 3.Statistic Graphs - When a post is selected in list 2 the statistics assigned to that post are graphed in the graph section marked by 3 in the image below. Statistics which were created with the Is Private option will not be displayed unless the statistic is assigned to a post belonging to the user or unless the user has rights to view private statistics.

Statistic by Groups

  1. 1.Statistics by Groups Option - The system allows for statistics to be grouped together. There are public groups, viewable by all users who have access to the company, and private groups accessible by a specific user only. Any user in the system can create their own set of private statistic groups.
  2. 2.Statistic Groups - List of statistic groups.
    1. Creates a new statistic group.
    2. Edit (change) the selected group.
    3. Deletes the selected group.
    4. The list of public and private statistic groups the user has access to view.
  3. 3.Statistic Graphs - When a statistic group is selected in list 2d the statistics which are part of that group are graphed in the graph section marked by 3 in the image below. Statistics which were created with the Is Private option will not be displayed unless the statistic is assigned to a post belonging to the user or unless the user has rights to view private statistics.

Employees

  1. 1.Employees Option - This view displays all statistic graphs belonging to the selected employee. If there are private statistics and the user is does not have View Private Statistics access rights and is not senior to the selected employee, the private statistics are not displayed.
  2. 2.Active Employees - Displays a list of all active employees from the selected company.
  3. 3.Statistic Graphs - When an employee is selected in list 2 the statistics assigned to that employee are graphed in the graph section marked by 3 in the image below. Statistics which were created with the Is Private option will not be displayed unless the user is the employee, is senior to the post the private statistic is assigned to or the user has view private statistics access rights.

All Statistics

  1. 1.All Statistics Option - This view displays a list of all statistics the user has rights to view. The employee who the statistic belongs to can write battle plans and condition write-ups for the statistic.
  2. 2.Active Statistics - Displays a list of all active statistics from the selected company the user has rights to view.
  3. 3.Statistic Graphs - When a statistic is selected in list 2 the graph of that statistic is displayed in the graph section marked by 3 in the image below.

Statistic Comparisons

  1. 1.Statistic Comparisons Option - This view allows the user to draw a graph that compare two to four statistics on the same graph.
  2. 2.Statistic Comparison - Allows the user to select up to four statistics to compare on the same graph. Each statistic selected has its own ending date, which allows the user to do more complex comparisons, such as Income versus Promotion six weeks earlier or Income this year versus Income last year.
  3. 3.Statistic Graphs - The combined overlaid graph of the selected statistic is drawn in the graph area.
